Ingredients
5 cups cubed watermelon seedless recommended
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and halved
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh blackberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon honey adjust to taste
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves sliced thinly
1 lime juice and zest
Instructions
1. Wash all berries gently under cold water and drain
2. Cube watermelon into 1-inch bite-sized pieces
3. Hull and halve strawberries
4. Place all fruit in a large mixing bowl
5. Whisk honey lime juice and lime zest together in a small bowl until combined
6. Pour honey lime dressing over fruit and toss gently until evenly coated
7. Add thinly sliced mint leaves and toss gently one final time
8. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 30 minutes before serving
Notes
Use only fresh ripe in-season fruit for best flavor.
Do not skip the lime zest for maximum citrus depth.
