Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond flour
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup cream cheese softened
1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 to 2 tablespoons milk of any kind as needed
Instructions
1. In a large bowl mix rolled oats almond flour and vanilla protein powder until evenly combined
2. Add softened cream cheese crushed freeze-dried strawberries honey and vanilla extract and stir until a dough forms
3. If dough is too dry add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until it reaches a smooth moldable consistency
4. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls using clean hands and place on a parchment-lined plate
5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up
6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week
Notes
Use freeze-dried strawberries not fresh to avoid a sticky dough.
Quality of protein powder matters greatly for best flavor.
