Instructions

2. Remove outer leaves and slice cabbage into 1-inch thick steaks through the core
3. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
4. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet
5. Roast 25 to 30 minutes flipping halfway until golden brown and crispy
6. Sprinkle with optional toppings during last few minutes if desired
7. Serve hot
