Ingredients
4 cups frozen peach slices or fresh sliced peaches
1/2 cup granulated white cane sugar
1/4 cup cold water
1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh or bottled
Instructions
1. Peel fresh peaches if using or use frozen peach slices directly
2. Combine peaches sugar cold water and lemon juice in a blender or food processor
3. Blend until completely smooth with no remaining chunks
4. Pour mixture into a metal loaf pan or freezer-safe container covering with parchment or foil if no lid
5. Freeze for at least 4 hours until completely firm
6. Remove from freezer and let soften at room temperature 5 minutes before scooping
7. Serve and enjoy
Notes
Always let the sorbet soften 5 minutes before scooping for ideal texture.
Frozen peaches add a nice frosty texture while fresh peaches give a more vibrant flavor.
