- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup dill pickle relish, drained well
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle brine
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Few dashes of hot sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sour cream and mayonnaise to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the dill pickle relish, fresh dill, dill pickle brine, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. For a spicier kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. For even better flavor, chill for 2 hours or more.
