A refreshing and creamy dip made with cucumber, feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and fresh herbs.
Ingredients

- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess liquid using a kitchen towel or cheesecloth.
- 2. In a medium bowl, combine the drained cucumber, feta cheese, Greek yogurt, dill, mint, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4. Stir well to combine.
- 5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
