Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon ginger grated
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Wooden skewers soaked in water 30 minutes
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and soak wooden skewers in water 30 minutes
2. Mix olive oil soy sauce sriracha honey garlic ginger lime juice salt and pepper for marinade
3. Marinate chicken at least 30 minutes up to overnight
4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat
5. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers
6. Grill 10 to 12 minutes turning occasionally until charred and cooked through
7. Serve hot with extra sauce and fresh cilantro
Notes
Always soak wooden skewers to prevent burning on the grill.
Longer marinating time produces more deeply flavored results.
