- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup maple syrup (or honey)

Instructions
- 1. Pit and peel the avocados, then place the flesh in a food processor or blender.
- 2. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the food processor.
- 3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
- 4. Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa powder to your preference.
- 5. Spoon the mousse into individual serving dishes or glasses.
- 6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the mousse to set and chill.
