- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 5 ounces baby spinach, washed and dried
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, sliced strawberries, diced avocados, spinach, and sliced red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
