Crispy french fries loaded with homemade spicy sauce, cheddar cheese, and green onions
Ingredients

- 2 lbs Russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut potatoes into fries and toss with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread fries on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, ketchup, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), and lemon juice.
- Place cooked fries on a plate, drizzle with the spicy sauce, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and green onions.
- Serve immediately.
