  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut potatoes into fries and toss with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Spread fries on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, ketchup, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), and lemon juice.
  4. Place cooked fries on a plate, drizzle with the spicy sauce, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and green onions.
  5. Serve immediately.
