- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until desired consistency is reached.
- Add the diced mango, red onion, jalapeño pepper, and cilantro to the bowl.
- Pour in the lime juice, chili powder, and cumin.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
