  • 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (white and black)
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice cucumbers into 1/4 inch rounds. Pat slices dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a dollop of cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
  4. Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
