Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or more, to taste)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth

- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cover the skillet and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the green beans are tender-crisp.
- Remove the lid and continue to cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, allowing the liquid to evaporate slightly.
