- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup diced spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cheese, bacon, and spinach.
- Pour into muffin tin, filling each cup 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set.
