Description

A soft, moist and festive Holiday Christmas Sprinkle Bread made with colorful sprinkles. Easy, fun, and perfect for Christmas breakfasts, desserts, or gifting.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

1 cup milk

1/2 cup melted butter

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup Christmas sprinkles (jimmies)

Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar + 2–3 tbsp milk + extra sprinkles


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

2. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

3. Mix sugar, eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla in another bowl.

4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

5. Fold in Christmas sprinkles gently.

6. Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth the top.

7. Bake 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

8. Cool completely, glaze the top, and add more sprinkles.

Notes

Use jimmies sprinkles only to avoid color bleeding.

Do not overmix once sprinkles are added.

Freezes well for up to 2 months (without glaze).
