Ingredients

- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons lime zest
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- Optional toppings: Shredded coconut, Lime slices, Chopped pistachios, Chia seeds, White chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, protein powder, lime juice, lime zest, and sweetener.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper before spreading the yogurt mixture.
- Mix in any toppings of your choice.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours.
