  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon green gel food coloring
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened (for frosting)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar (for frosting)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch pan.
  2. 2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the pan.
  3. 3. Bake crust for 8-10 minutes, until lightly golden. Let cool.
  4. 4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. 5. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and almond extract.
  6. 6. Stir in cocoa powder and green food coloring.
  7. 7. Pour filling over crust.
  8. 8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until center is set but slightly jiggly.
