  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts, canned (drained and chopped)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly. The top should be lightly golden.
