A creamy and delicious Spinach and Artichoke Dip perfect for parties or gatherings.

- 10 ounces spinach, fresh or frozen (thawed and squeezed dry)
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts, canned (drained and chopped)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix well until smooth.
- Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly. The top should be lightly golden.
- Let the dip cool slightly before serving. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes, if desired.
