- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little kick)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary. Add more lemon juice for extra tang, or more salt and pepper to taste.
- Place in a serving bowl or airtight container.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. If you’re in a hurry, you can serve it immediately.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh herbs and a drizzle of olive oil, if desired.
