- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey, divided
- 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup kiwi, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup pineapple, cored and diced
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup granola, optional
- Mint sprigs for garnish, optional
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey. Stir well until smooth and creamy.
- Prepare your fruit by washing and chopping it into bite sized pieces.
- Begin assembling the parfaits. In two glasses or parfait dishes, layer yogurt mixture, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and pineapple.
- Add the last layer with raspberries.
- Drizzle the remaining honey over the top of each parfait. If desired, sprinkle with granola for added crunch.
- Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
