Ingredients

Scale

6 large eggs

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Paprika for dusting

Fresh parsley or dill, finely chopped

Red bell pepper, finely diced

Optional: 1 drop green food coloring

4. Peel the eggs and cut them lengthwise.

5. Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.

6. Mash yolks with a fork until smooth.

7. Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
