  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds, creating a boat.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the zucchini halves with the olive oil mixture.
  5. In another bowl, mix together the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Fill each zucchini boat with the cheese mixture. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
  7. Place zucchini boats in the air fryer basket, being careful not to overcrowd.
