Instructions

  1. 1. Make the Crust: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. 2. Press the Crust: Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 9×13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
