Description
Warm, buttery Hawaiian rolls filled with corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing. These baked reuben sliders are easy to make and perfect for parties!

- 1 (12 count) package Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 pound thinly sliced corned beef
- 1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
- 8 ounces Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Everything bagel seasoning, for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Slice rolls horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms connected. Place bottom half in dish.
- Spread half of the Thousand Island dressing over the bottom rolls.
- Layer corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese over the dressing.
- Drizzle the remaining Thousand Island dressing over the cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on top of the cheese.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with the melted butter mixture. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning, if desired.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake 5 10 minutes more, until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
