Baked Reuben Sliders: The Easiest, Cheesiest Mini Sandwiches

Description

Warm, buttery Hawaiian rolls filled with corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing. These baked reuben sliders are easy to make and perfect for parties!


Ingredients

  • 1 (12 count) package Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 pound thinly sliced corned beef
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Everything bagel seasoning, for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Slice rolls horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms connected. Place bottom half in dish.
  4. Spread half of the Thousand Island dressing over the bottom rolls.
  5. Layer corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese over the dressing.
  6. Drizzle the remaining Thousand Island dressing over the cheese.
  7. Place the top half of the rolls back on top of the cheese.
  8. Brush the tops of the rolls with the melted butter mixture. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning, if desired.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake 5 10 minutes more, until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.
  11. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
