Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound andouille sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 ears of corn, shucked and cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 pound small red potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 yellow onion, cut into chunks
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Melted butter (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes, and onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the seasoning mixture over the shrimp and vegetables and toss to coat everything evenly.
- Arrange the seafood mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
